Brett was born in an ordinary family in Beacon Hills. He lost his parents during a camping trip at the age of 12, himself bitten and turned. Satomi, an alpha, brought him to safety and adopted him as a beta.Family. With Satomi’s help, Brett was adopted by a kind, interracial couple in Beacon Hills. Whenever Brett talked about Camille and Robert – calling them his parents – people expected blondes, and are often shocked to see the African and Iranian American couple standing at the door.Devenford Prep. They provided Brett with all the needed support, both as a teenager and as a werewolf, and sent him to the Devenford Prep School.Secrets. He doesn’t like to let his friends know what he is unless they are already involved in supernatural business. While some are proud of a werewolf’s powers, Brett sees them – and even himself – as threats. He takes a stoic approach and believes it is his responsibility to keep himself at bay.Buddhist influences. Satomi is a Buddhist and her beliefs have great impacts on Brett. In Teenwolf, Brett is a born wolf. Since I came up with his backstory prior to that reveal, I decided to simply write a canon divergent version of him. What happens in canon might not apply to my portrayal.

- out of the bag. the nogitsune had overturned the peace in beacon hills, and satomi’s pack had to learn how to live with the threat that comes. with hunters, assassins and other deadly forces in town, brett focused on protecting his family and pack.S5
- not for experiment. working closely with each other, the two packs managed to stop the dread doctors. satomi accepts the chimeras — except theo — into her pack. helping the chimeras became brett’s main mission.

- live on. surviving the wild hunt, supernaturals were no long kept in the shadows of beacon hills. with their existence now exposed, brett faced a choice — to leave and move on, or to stay and make peace.
- aftermaths. brett moves away from beacon hills with his family. settling in washington, d.c., he hopes to forget about the past and move on with life.
- resurrected. almost dying is one thing, being resurrected is another. brett had no idea how long it had been since his last breath, nor the reason why he was brought back to life.
